It is imperative that you take out adequate insurance, and you should ensure that you have ample cover, particularly for cancellation and medical emergency. In order that we may assist you in case of an emergency, you must advise us of your insurance details. If you have this information already, please state the details below, or alternatively let us know as soon as you have obtained cover.

To Book:

Bookings will only be accepted with a deposit of 25% of the tour price. Cheques should be made payable to 'Classic Travelling Ltd.' The balance must be paid no less than eight weeks before departure. If you are booking less than eight weeks before departure, full payment must be sent with the booking form. Classic Travelling will then issue invoices and receipts. We are unable to accept credit cards.

I declare that I have read the terms and conditions, my car, as booked, is correctly registered, currently licensed, possesses a valid M.O.T. certificate and is fully insured for UK/continental use. I therefore accept full responsibility for my own actions, and of my co-driver/passenger, and for the condition of the car. The booking conditions regarding the tour have been read and accepted by me on behalf of all persons named on this booking form by whom I am duly authorised to make this agreement. I have also read and understood the information regarding insurance cover for the tour, and confirm that I have already provided, or will provide no later than eight weeks prior to the date of departure, full details of my/our insurance cover.
